Neighbors for Neighborhoods, LLC is a grassroots Arlington County citizens group that is educating homeowners about the current County upzoning plans. The County Board approved what is called "Missing Middle Housing" by eliminating single-family zoned neighborhoods, and allowing developers to squeeze multiplexes into small lots that lack the necessary sewers and other critical infrastructure to handle the density. Lawsuits have ensued, emotions run high, and its resulted in "chaos." The money raised goes directly to pay legal fees in the court case against Arlington County to save our neighborhoods.
