Neighbors for Neighborhoods

Neighbors for Neighborhoods, LLC is a grassroots Arlington County citizens organization that is educating homeowners about the current County upzoning plans. The County Board approved what is called "The Missing Middle Housing" by eliminating single-family zoned neighborhoods, and allowing developers to squeeze multiplexes into small lots that lack the necessary sewers and other critical infrastructure to handle the density. Lawsuits have ensued, emotions run high, and its resulted in "chaos" for the County, developers and its citizens.
