SIGN UP – EHO ALERTS VIA EMAIL

NEW: EHO PERMIT ALERTS BY EMAIL. Arlington County won’t tell you when a sixplex is coming to your neighborhood. We will. Ours is the only email alert that tracks EHO (Missing Middle) permits in Arlington County.

Our EHO Tracker map is a major improvement on Arlington County’s own. It’s a map you can actually use. Every EHO permit since 2023, sorted by year and status. Sign up, and we’ll email you whenever a new EHO permit is filed or one changes status.

Check it out and see for yourself. Let us know what you think.
