We just drove by N. Potomac St. and almost ran off the road after seeing an enormous six-townhouse development quickly go up where a single-family home once stood.

SAY IT AIN'T SO

Bob Benson is a neighbor living near 2401 N. Potomac Street. He's also an Arlington County Forestry and Natural Resources Commissioner. Bob shows us what's at stake as neighbors come together to challenge the developer and the County on plans to remove two very old majestic trees. Six townhouses are proposed at 2401 N. Potomac St. where a single-family home used to stand. In Arlington County's efforts to add more people and eliminate single-family zoned neighborhoods, trees are clear-cut to make way for fence-to-fence multiplex construction.

We just drove by N. Potomac St. and almost ran off the road after seeing an enormous six-townhouse development quickly go up where a single-family home once stood. It's a reminder that Missing Middle multiplexes are spreading across Arlington and destroying our beautiful neighborhoods. Your donations are funding a strong legal team to stop this. Please consider contributing.
